An inclusive Yoga Workshop for all abilities, incorporating energising standing and floor postures and sequences to aid and increase muscle strength, whilst leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Leila will take you through sequences and work with you to enhance your technique with both your standing and floor postures whilst increasing your body awareness.
This full body, two-hour Yoga practice will leave no muscle and no need to get worked up into a knot if becoming a human pretzel isn’t your bag!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We do provide Yoga mats and blocks at Hourglass, however if you wish to bring you own equipment, you are free to do so. We suggest bringing some water with you, but don't worry if you forget - we have a water dispenser here as well as bottles of water to buy.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?
No! You can come along even if you've never set foot in our club before! All you will need to do is fill out a short health questionnaire before the workshop begins.
