A variety of equipment will be used including steps, dumbbells, gliders alongside typical body-weight exercises. Think high energy and high impact with a mixture of cardio and weights. Each week will be different to keep your body guessing, but will always be suitable for every ability as exercises can be modified or scaled to suit your individual level.
