Beginners Bible is a six week training programme to help you gain knowledge and find a love for fitness.
From moving correctly to choosing the proper weight, we will tackle everything you need to get you started on your fitness journey.
As well as a guided session with an instructor, you will also receive weekly homework to complement your session and full access to our Anex Gym. We are also offering you one free class on our timetable every week! If you wanted the option of doing more classes, we offer an add-on class package for a little extra if you wanted to try a few more classes. Simply choose how many weeks you'd like to add extra classes!
Please note, you can always add these on at a later date, just speak to a member of staff in club.
