Yoga Flow & Restore Workshop
Join Jess for a Yoga Flow and Restore Workshop, where you will explore the balance between Yin and Yang energy.
For the first half of the workshop you will flow through a 'yang' inspired energising yoga sequence to stretch the whole body and uplift the mind. For the second half of the workshop you will practice a restorative 'yin' inspired flow to soothe and relax the body and mind. Jess will introduce breathing techniques used to reduce stress and anxiety and some tips for better sleep.
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners. Each student receives a mini goody bag at the end of the class.
