By mixing breath-based Yoga and movement to help with both body and mind awareness and increase your physical strength, this two-hour Yoga Workshop will enliven the senses and awaken the muscles through sequences of holistic standing and floor postures.
With a focus on conscious breathing patterns combined with postures for all abilities, your yoga mat will offer you your own sacred space for two hours of self care.
All minds, bodies and levels are welcome at this workshop and no need to get worked up into a knot if becoming a human pretzel isn't your bag!
