This full body two-hour Yoga Workshop will leave no muscle out as we work through postures and flows supported by conscious breathing patterns designed to energise the body and calm the mind.
All minds, bodies and levels are welcome at this workshop and no need to get worked up into a knot if becoming a human pretzel isn't your bag!
