May Balance Yoga Workshop
Balance the body and mind through this holistic yoga practice for all abilities. Your muscles will be strengthened and your balance improved as we move through conscious breathing patterns and yoga postures designed to benefit both the mind and body. With a mix of standing and seated postures, we will work on getting to know our centre of gravity and remaining steady.
This is a breath based workshop designed to increase your own body awareness and improve your focus and concentration through movement patterns and yoga postures.
All minds, bodies and levels are welcome at this workshop and no need to get worked up into a knot if becoming a human pretzel isn't your bag!
