The Formula is the ultimate post-natal exercise programme designed specifically for mums in their 4th trimester (as it were!) all you have to do is BYOB - bring your own baby!
The Formula consists of 6 hour-long sessions with not one, but two trainers present! The 6-week plan will feature exercises to challenge cardio and resistance, along with Pilates and Yoga with Jess for the winning combination. The level of intensity will progressively increase as the weeks go on, however options will always be given so no matter what your current fitness level is - we've got you covered!
