After an indulgent and busy festive period, take time to recuperate and repair your body and mind as we up the intensity in this Candlelit Yoga workshop to kick start the New Year!
By mixing breath-based Yoga and movement this workshop will enliven the senses and awaken the muscles - increasingawareness whilst developing your overall fitness levels.
We will use focused breathing and direct our intentions to create a channelling of energy that will revitalise both your strength and your life force. We will also work with the breath to improve your connection between mind and body and focus your thoughts on the present.
