No muscles are forgotten with this relaxing but powerful class. Pilates offers a body conditioning routine which will help you build your flexibility. As well as developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance it also puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment. What doesn’t this class do? If you haven’t tried Pilates yet, what are you waiting for? Beginners always welcomed.
