The Hourglass 'Memberfile' service is complimentary to all our members and has proven to be an extra source of motivation for so many.
If you have just joined us or thinking of doing so, we highly recommend you booking this at the start of your membership with us, however if you are not new, it's definitely not too late!
Within the one to one appointment with a qualified personal trainer we are able to discuss your goals to be able to offer guidance and advice as to which classes would suit you best and to utilise your membership to the max.
Firstly we record your body measurements, then get you on our special scales which not only show weight but your body composition of muscle and fat. We take readings of body fat percentage, muscle mass, resting metabolic rate and age as well as visceral fat and water percentages.
This may seem quite daunting to most but please realise that they are just numbers and a platform to work from. We suggest booking a member file every six weeks or so to highlight progression and keep you on track to get the results you are after.
This is a friendly, free of charge service to members.
