The pictures below are an accurate representation of how the Club is set up at the moment. This ensures those using the facility are socially distanced regardless of what equipment they're using.

RECEIVE A PERSONALISED GYM PLAN
WHEN SIGNING UP FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP

With every gym sign up, we are offering a personalised gym programme tailored to your personal goals. As well as a personalised programme, you can also opt to record your body stats with our Memberfile service to track your progress more closely.

​These programmes are updated every 6 to 8 weeks to keep things fresh! Speak to a member of staff in club to find out more or contact us for more information and to book in your appointment with one of our qualified instructors.

​GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES

​The Anex gym runs alongside our extensive range of classes at Hourglass with the intention to provide you greater choice and flexibility in your fitness lifestyle!

We have created a small but fully functional space for you to sweat, lift, balance, box and stretch in without the stereotypical atmosphere of 'The Gym'.
We have worked hard to give you a relaxed environment to work out so why not come down and have a look around - there's always someone on the desk happy to give you a tour. ​We promise we will redefine what you think 'going to the gym' is all about!

​We appreciate The Anex is not the biggest of gyms but it sure packs a punch! Two rooms are available at all times, but don't forget - when the small studio or main studio is not in use these rooms are also available.

You will find all the usual machines in our gym - Treadmills, Elliptical, Rowers, Lat pull-down/Seated row, 3D Smith machine, Dual cable and the Assault Bike - as well as free-weights up to 30KG and an Olympic bar and plates. In addition to this, we are proud to offer a great range of functional training equipment - Slam balls, Med balls, Plyo box, Battle Ropes, Landmine, Bosu, Kettlebells, Sand Bags, TRX and Hatton Corner complete with heavy punch bag and speed ball!

We welcome all suggestions when it comes to new equipment - just get in touch! You can add The Anex onto your class membership for as little as £7.50 per month (just £1.80 per week!) speak to a member of staff in club about upgrading.
