Saturday 7th November 
 11.30am - 1.30pm

Breath, Move and Heal

WHAT IS IT?
​

​This workshop will be concentrate on different breathing exercises with the movement through the Postures and sitting with the breath learning to strengthen the lung capacity with a range of exercises. 
The breathwork will then be taught through deep meditation. 

​​​​HOW MUCH IS IT?

The workshop will be £20 per person.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A Yoga mat is essential and a block is optional. We suggest bringing some water with you, but don't worry if you forget - we have a water dispenser here as well as bottles of water to buy.

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?

No! You can come along even if you've never set foot in our club before! All you will need to do is fill out a short health questionnaire before the workshop begins.
