I have always loved sport and fitness from a young age - my main sport is basketball which I have just got into the over 40’s GB women’s team and will be representing our country this year - Not bad for an old veteran!
My passion started with exercise classes when I was a teenager and loved the energy - I love helping people and exercise is a way to do this - have fun while working out and of course to sweat and meet their goals - whatever they are - from fitness goals to a social and mental well being. I decided to train for my certificate in 2005 and have not looked back, adding lots of different exercise disciplines along the way! So come release those endorphins with me!
