With no running or jumping, this class is perfect for all levels, but do not expect to be let off lightly - you will definitely be feeling this the next day! Small precise movements, pulses and holds with a variety of equipment and body-weight exercises is guaranteed to set your muscles on fire. Take Control of your body! Please note this class is only available via Zoom.
