We have a team of highly qualified and experienced instructors providing over 50 group exercise classes per week! ​At Hourglass we intend to provide you with an atmosphere that you look forward to exercising in. We pride ourselves in the variety of classes on our timetable. Because we are #noordinarygym we have so much flexibility when it comes to our timetable - on it, you really will find everything! ​From the old faithful Bums, Legs and Tums, to Studio Cycle, to our funky take on an old-school aerobics class - DANCE - there really is something for every body!
