CIRCUITS

A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING
Circuit training is a combination of exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. Exercises can be a mixture of cardio, strength and agility moves. Classes will always include easier and harder options to ensure its suitable for all abilities.
