BALLET-INSPIRED FITNESS FUN
A ballet-inspired class to sculpt the whole body! This is a low impact class which is designed to tone and burn the whole body. A big focus is on the legs and bums and you will definitely feel the burn the next day. The movements are ballet inspired but don't let this put you off, anyone can do it! This class is suitable for all levels as it can be scaled to meet your fitness level.
