BEGINNERS FITNESS

WHAT BETTER WAY TO START?
Beginners exercise: a progressive course of 6 x 30 minute sessions, focusing on basic exercise moves. The course will use a mixture of cardio, weight based and bodyweight exercises to create safe effective and manageable sessions. It’s a stepping stone to higher intensity classes. What better way to start? Surrounded by likeminded people where all inhibitions are left at the door. What are you waiting for?
