Hi I’m Bea. My journey into the fitness industry started off with my love for dance. Working as a professional dancer in London lead onto a passion for other areas in fitness. My classes aim to empower and motivate all levels of abilities whether your a beginner or more advanced. I like to keep classes fun and upbeat but also challenging. I have experience of instructing a variety of classes over the past ten years, I hope you can come along and enjoy the challenge.
