Focusing on constant tension, resistance bands work your muscles in ways that traditional hand-weights cannot. Working on the entire body, this class is a real test of endurance as you rep, pulse and hold with various different resistance bands. Expect a bit of burning in those muscles as you activate lots of the smaller muscle groups that so often get missed in other classes.
This class is low-impact with minimal coordination required and is suitable for all fitness levels as options will always be provided!
