Animal Flow combines ground based movements with elements from various body weight training disciplines, emphasising fluid movements in different planes and directions.
In this cardio intensive class, you'll use a combination of Animal Flow "sprints" with standing recovery movements. After learning each movement, you'll be performing intervals of 30 seconds of work to 30 seconds of rest, with optional standing regressions for each work set. This class is instruction heavy, with each of the movements explained in detail when it is introduced , so there is no prior Animal Flow experience necessary. While it is considered a 'beginner' level because it does not use complex animal movements, it is still a tough overall workout.
You'll benefit most from this all round body-weight exercise class if you already take part in some form of regular exercise and are happy to work on the ground and on all fours. Typically it's best with bare feet.
